In a great showcase of skills transcending boundaries, The Crest, DLF5 hosted a one of its kind golf extravaganza 'DD - The Crest - Celebrity Golf Tournament' at DLF Golf and Country Club, Gurugram.

The golf tournament was played between the Delhi DareDevils team and the residents of DLF5.

The entire team of Delhi DareDevils including their coach Ricky Ponting, captain Shreyas Iyer, Gautam Gambhir, Glen Maxwell, Rishabh Pant and other players took to golf at the unique nine hole tournament organised by The Crest, DLF5 and Delhi DareDevils.

Delhi Daredevils coach Ricky Ponting was all praises for the world-class amenities of the course. Emerging player Rishabh Pant mesmerized the crowd by taking the first shot with a bat instead of a golf club.

"It was a pleasure to host Delhi Daredevils team at The DD-Crest Celebrity Golf Tournament. This unique tournament witnessed the climax of enthusiasm as the team swapped their bats for golf sticks at one of the finest courses of the country," said Aakash Ohri, Senior Executive Director, DLF5.

The tournament was followed by an exclusive evening of cocktails and dinner at The Crest Clubhouse, Park Drive, Gurugram.

The Crest is the latest luxurious offering of DLF5 at Park Drive, Gurugram.

The highlight of The Crest is the state-of-the-art clubhouse which is the only clubhouse in India designed by the award-winning design firm Richmond International, UK.

With the eleventh season of IPL reaching its finals, it was exciting to witness the team of Delhi DareDevils picking up the golf sticks and setting their foot on the golf course.

The unique 9 hole DD - The Crest celebrity Golf Tournament was organised by Delhi DareDevils and The Crest, DLF5 at DLF Golf and Country Club.

The Golf Club has 18 holes Championship Golf Course designed by Gary Player commissioned in 2015 and the original nine-hole course designed by Arnold Palmer.
