The Delhi High Court on Friday permitted the functioning of Race Club here from April 15.
The court said the Delhi government had the liberty to stop equine activity if it found any incident of Glanders (an infectious disease affecting horses).
In view of the Glanders scare, the court had earlier directed the club to ensure that stabled horses do not participate in any races until further orders.
