In a classic case of one-sided jilted love, the Delhi Police has arrested a man for the cold blooded murder of his ex-lover's husband.
The offender Vivek Kumar Aggarwal (37), who was arrested from Budh Vihar by the police, had earlier tried to kill the woman complainant in February this year.
On 20 April, the accused shot victim Piyush Malik as he was returning home on a scooty with his newly wedded wife.
The accused holds no previous criminal records, and had attempted to commit suicide by ingesting sleeping pills upon learning that the police was investigating.
He also changed his residence after learning that he was listed under suspects.
