Demi Moore reportedly wants 75 million dollars for her Central Park-adjacent New York City penthouse in the iconic San Remo.
The 52-year-old actress told the New York Times that she was spending the majority of her time in her other homes, and this apartment was too magnificent not to be lived in full time.
The 'Blame It on Rio' star's triplex south tower penthouse includes some 7,000 square feet of interior living space and 1,500 square feet of wraparound terraces and the sale price also includes a two-bedroom, two-bath lobby-level maisonette.
The American actress purchased the penthouse with ex-husband Bruce Willis in 1990 and the couple substantially renovated it in a Southwestern Mission motif before their 2000 divorce.
