Manchester United star winger Angel Di Maria has backed his boss Louis van Gaal's new style of play following criticism that his team lacks its glorious day's style of play.
Di Maria, who moved to Old Trafford for a record 59.7 million pounds, said that there were some people saying they were not playing in a particularly good style or it was not the old Manchester United, but it was not, the BBC reported.
Reflecting on Van Gaal's style of play, he further said that they had got a new style and they were all working hard under the Dutchman to make sure they were putting Manchester United back where it belongs, the report added.
Currently, United sit fourth in the Premier League table.
