A source told People Magazine that the former 'Fringe' star has had marriage on his mind in recent months and seemed ready to pop the question since last fall.
It is also worth noting that this is not the first time the 37-year-old actress has sparked engagement rumors as she has been previously seen sporting gems on her ring finger.
