The official website of Golden Globes reportedly declared 'Selma' as the winner of Best Motion Picture, Drama, and 'Into the Woods' as Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy.
A spokesperson for the tech company said that while testing Golden Globe Awards' official website for the main ceremony, Bluefin by mistake took the test live and they randomly selected two film titles with no knowledge of the category winners adding that they are solely responsible for the error, Deadline.com reported.
The titles popped up underneath images for 2014 winners '12 Years A Slave' and 'American Hustle' but soon the Golden Globes logo got replaced.
According to the HFPA's regulations for the annual ceremony produced by Dick Clark productions, only the good folk at Ernst and Young have access to the winners list and they aren't supposed to hand over anything until main NBC's telecast or let anyone else know who will be giving an acceptance speech.
