Speaking out in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's U.S.visit, Congress Party general secretary Digvijay Singh said Friday said that his best wishes are with Prime Minister Modi on his U.S. visit.
He also welcomed the discussions on the ways in which the US can help India to solve its problems and be a leading nation in the world.
"Our best wishes are with him on his visit. The ways in which the US can help India to solve our problems and be a leading nation in the world will be discussed during the visit and we welcome this," Singh told ANI.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will arrive in the United States on Friday for a five-day bilateral visit. During the visit, Prime Minister Modi will address the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, and hold bilateral talks with President Barack Obama in Washington, besides attending other official engagements in the two cities.
