Former Pakistan Test skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq believes that the inclusion of disgraced fast bowler Mohammad Amir will turn out to be great for Pakistan cricket in future.

Lavishing praise on the 23-year-old left-hander, Inzamam said that the tainted player performed extremely well in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), adding that he hopes the bowler would continue with his present form, the Dawn reported.

The former right-handed batsman also expressed his views on next year's World T20 in India, saying that his side had entered every World Cup tournaments with a hope of beating the arch-rivals.

Inzamam also urged his country's side to break India's unbeaten record against Pakistan in the game's pinnacle event.

Meanwhile, Amir will play for Karachi Kings along with Shoaib Malik in the inaugural edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Earlier, left-hander Amir had displayed an impressive form in domestic matches after ending his five-year ban for spot-fixing three months ago.

Considered as one of the most promising talents, Amir had taken 51 wickets in 14 Tests and 25 in 15 one-day internationals before he was handed a five-year ban for bowling deliberate no-balls by pre-arrangement during the fourth test against England at Lord's in 2010.
