'Divergent' starring Shailene Woodley and Theo James in the lead has reportedly collected 56million dollars in the opening making it one of the year's biggest openings.
Lionsgate's adaptation of Veronica Roth's best-selling young-adult novels although didn't reach the heights of the studio's other teen franchises, the Huffington Post reported.
The top ten movies at the box office were:

2. 'Muppets Most Wanted' - 16.5 million dollars
3. 'Mr. Peabody and Sherman' - 11.7 million dollars
