India-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) player, Djubo, launched an app facilitating property management system for hotels, titled Djubo Cloud PMS.
Djubo Cloud PMS has a host of applications for hotel operations management including point-of-sale applications for managing front office, restaurant, spa, travel desk and laundry kitchen order tracking.
"The sub four-star segments of hotels globally are looking for solutions to solve all the issues around operations, intelligence, marketing and distribution through a single cloud-based application. Djubo has demonstrated the ability to churn our international standard products out of India and with great execution ability," stated Rishikesh Singh, CTO, Djubo.
"Global hotel industry is USD 550 billion while Indian hotel tech industry is USD six to seven billion in size. While Djubo is approaching 2000 hotel clients in India, it has also managed to penetrate countries like Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Maldives, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan in a very short period of its international launch," revealed Amitabh Tandon, Chief Product Office, Djubo.
DJUBO recently announced a partnership with Google for a commission-based conversion-focussed targeting of Djubo client properties across Google Hotels, Google Business Listing and Google Maps.
Among other marketing initiatives to help hotels increase direct revenues, Djubo is also a Tripadvisor premium partner and integrated with all global OTAs like Expedia and Agoda, apart from having direct integrations with Makemytrip, Goibibo, Yatra, Cleartrip and many more.
DJUBO also helps hotels with direct brand websites and booking engines and have been able to help hotels increase their direct bookings from one to 7 percent of their overall revenues.
With the advent of GST, all offline property management systems in India need to redesign themselves and cater to new tax setups which are already catered to in Djubo Cloud PMS and also help hotels get tools which help them move towards digitisation of payment collections and tax handling of luxury tax and service tax across all states in India.
