DMRC suspends train operator for leaving doors open between stations

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Thursday suspended a train operator for leaving all the left doors on a train open for nearly two minutes after the train left the station.

The incident occurred on the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro between the Arjungarh and Ghitorni stations.

The DMRC has said that it was an error by the train operator and that he has been suspended with immediate effect.

The matter is being investigated, the DMRC said.
