Duchess Kate meeting obstetric physiotherapist 'secretly' for advice

The Duchess of Cambridge has secretly met an antenatal guru, twice, to prepare for the birth of her first child.

The 31-year-old royal visited obstetric physiotherapist Christine Hill for practical advice on childbirth, Contactmusic reported.

Hill told the Daily Telegraph that Kate is a delightful girl

She said that her philosophy has always been that no one can prepare a mother for the true ghastliness of birth.

She said that she wants mothers to be prepared and well-informed, so that they are able to make the best decisions without fear.
