Though he is an avid 'Game of Thrones' viewer, US President Barack Obama even can't name all the characters, who have died on this hit HBO show.

In a new public service announcement produced by Buzzfeed to promote voting, Obama encouraged Americans to head to the polls by showing them five things that are more difficult to do than registering to vote and one of those was remembering the dead characters of GoT, reports News.com.au.

"All right, you've got Ned, Robb, Khal Drogo, Jon -- but maybe that doesn't really count," Obama, who receives advance copies of the HBO hit, said.

"Renly, Summer, Shaggydog and then Hodor, that was sad," he continued.

It is not only the US President, who is hooked on to 'Game of Thrones: The season six.' The show, which recorded a total audience of 7, 37, 000, is expected to be watched by more people once the consolidated data becomes available.

The only show, which GoT had to beat for the record was itself as the previous record was set earlier this year when the premiere episode of season six drew 7,27,000 viewers.
