Former Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh
Tomar's police custody, who has been accused of possessing two fake degrees: a law degree and a BSC degree, has been extended by two days.
An FIR was lodged against him under IPC Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B for criminal conspiracy, cheating and forgery.
Last week, Tomar was arrested in connection with his fake law degree. He has so far maintained that his degree is not fake and accused the Centre of hatching a conspiracy into the entire episode.
