Seven-time Wimbledon Champion Roger Federer has said that at this point in his career, rankings are not something that lead him and it was about getting his game back on track, which he was doing well.

According to Sport24, the Swiss, who dropped to seventh in the world rankings, recently, revealed that he was not bothered by his current position, as the final major of the year draws closer.

Federer said that as long as a player was in the top four or the top eight, that is all that mattered.

The player said that he knew his body and mind were fine, and that was good while looking ahead.
