Filmmaker Ravi Chopra passes away

Veteran filmmaker Ravi Chopra passed away in a hospital here yesterday.

According to reports, Chopra had been suffering from a severe lung ailment for the past few years.

The filmmaker, who was 68, is survived by his wife and three children.

Chopra was known for directing films like "The Burning Train", "Baabul" and "Baghban", and had also directed the hit TV serial Mahabharata in the eighties.
