Congress leader Ahmed Patel on Friday dubbed the killing of a fisherman off the Gujarat Coast by the Pakistan Navy as despicable and unprecedented and criticised the government for not acting decisively
"The killing of Gujarat fisherman in broad daylight by Pakistan forces is despicable and unprecedented," said Patel.
"It is appalling that even after repeated land and sea transgressions by Pakistan, Government has failed to act decisively," he added.
An Indian fisherman was killed by the Pakistan Navy off the Gujarat coast earlier in the day.
