Nicole Scherzinger has recently admitted that she often forces herself to hit the gym daily, and its like "pulling out teeth" now that she is in her thirties.
The former 'Pussucat Dolls' currently graced the cover of the new issue of Cosmopolitan Body, and said that for many years she had been working out every single day, but now she had to convince herself to exercise, E Online reported.
The American recording artist explained that she was just like any other woman whose weight fluctuates up and down and apparently has good days and bad days.
The 'Don't Hold Your Breath' hit-maker later admitted that being healthy for her means a healthy mind, and being happy means having balance, being creative and finding peace.
