At least four children were killed and three others wounded after a rocket tip which they were playing exploded in Afghanistan's Baghlan province.
The incident took place in the Baghlan's Pul-e-Khumri yesterday.
The officials in Baghlan hospital confirmed the casualties and said the wounded children are in a stable condition, reports Tolo News.
The officials, however, did not give any details about the blast.
The incident comes after a new report published by Afghanistan's Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC) revealed that civilian casualties in the country increased by 17 percent.
