Four cops killed in Pakistan after gunmen opened fire in Quetta

At least four policemen have been killed in Quetta's Pashtoonabad area in Pakistan after unidentified gunmen opened fire on a police vehicle.

According to the Dawn, police sources said that armed men opened fire at a police mobile in Mullah Salam Road area of Pashtoonabad.

They also said that the policemen were on routine patrol when the incident occurred.

Three of the four policemen died on the spot while the fourth one passed away on the way to a hospital.

The assailants escaped unhurt after launching the attack, said police.
