Russian security forces on Thursday have arrested four men linked to the Islamic State (ISIS) terror network and suspected of planning a series of terror attacks on Moscow's transport system.

According to a statement by the Federal Security Service (FSB, formerly KGB),"Four men, including citizens of Russia and of unspecified Central Asian countries, were detained. They were plotting terror attacks on Moscow transport infrastructure on the orders of IS leaders in Syria using homemade explosive devices."

"The terrorists planned to travel to Syria and fight alongside ISIS after committing a sabotage and terrorist attack in Russia ,"Russia Today quoted the FSB as saying..
