HBO drama 'Game of Thrones' has secured the top spot in being the most illegally downloaded show online for 3rd year in a row.
According to TorrentFreak.com, a site that closely follows the online piracy world, the series, which is based on George RR Martin's novels, has been shared on torrent sites around the world, with more people downloading the finale episode, Deadline.com reported.
Earlier this year, the fiction show had also set a record with more than a quarter million people sharing the file simultaneously on torrent sites.
