Hollywood superstar George Clooney has been named Forbes' highest-paid actor.
The 'Ocean's Eleven' star has beaten the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Dwayne Johnson and Robert Downey in the publication's 2018 list of highest earning actors.
According to Forbes, "Thanks to the up to USD 1 billion purchase of his Casamigos Tequila (the company he founded with Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman in 2013), Clooney scored a career-high pretax paycheck of USD 239 million between June 1, 2017, and June 1, 2018."
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (USD 124 million) ranks number two on the highest-paid actors' list. At number three is Robert Downey Jr. (USD 81 million), followed by Chris Hemsworth (USD 64.5 million) at the fourth place.
