It's confirmed! Sequel to the hit horror film 'A Quiet Place' is in the works.
Paramount Pictures chairman and CEO Jim Gianopulos made the announcement at CinemaCon on Wednesday.
"We're thrilled to say that we're already working on the sequel to 'A Quiet Place,'" he said, as reported by Variety.
However, no specific details about the sequel were provided by Gianopulos.
The John Krasinski-directorial has grossed more than $213 million at the worldwide box office to date, including $134.8 million in North America.
Starring Krasinski and Emily Blunt, the nearly dialogue-free movie centers on a family as they struggle to survive in a world of monsters that hunt by sound.
