Glad that Vishal Bhardwaj feels we understand each other: Shahid

Shahid Kapoor, who has joined hands with filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj for the third time, is again set to create a spark on screen with upcoming film 'Rangoon.'

In an exclusive interview with ANI, while speaking about the talented director, Sasha said that he feels glad as the former thinks they understand each other well.

"This is the third time Vishal sir and me are working together. He says, we can understand each other even when we are far from each other. I m glad that he feels we understand each other. Hence it is not difficult to say yes to Vishal sir's movie," he said.

Adding, "He again gave me a chance to portray a new person in a new look."

Further speaking about his character in 'Rangoon,' Nawab Malik, the actor said that the charisma of the character attracted him to this movie.

"The strength of my character is very heroic. He can do anything for his country. His feeling of patriotism is very strong. Nawab Malik's charisma attracted me to this movie," he said.

'Rangoon,' which also stars Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan, is all set to hit the theatres on February 24.
