Gurugram hosts 11th session of Collaborative Climate

Collaborative Climate organized and moderated Unconference #11 at Gurugram, Haryana, on Friday.

It was another fantastic learning experience for all unconferencers who were business and HR leaders across organisations.

The topic of discussion was 'Innovations in HR'. The host and sponsor for this event was Quatrro Global Services.

Shweta Sharma, Founder at Collaborative Climate, said, "Unconferences are a medium for us to facilitate collaborative and informal-peer learning across organisations. In this Unconference #11,senior leaders from organisations such as HCL, Schneider, Aditya Birla, Sodexo, Ameriprise, Vodafone, Headway BPO and more participated.

They brainstormed about what innovation they could carry out in their respective organisations and transform individuals and teams. So, various methods and best practices were brought to the table to ensure application of innovative methods for people development ranging from technology to human-centred designs.
