A search operation that began on Saturday to flush out terrorists hiding in the area was resumed today in the Wader Bala forests in Jammu and Kashmir.
A gun battle had broken out yesterday between militants and security forces after which a cordon and search operation was launched.
According to reports, Army's 21 RR, 6 RR and the police have launched massive searches in several forest areas connecting Hafruda area for last several days since four Army personnel were killed in an attack on October 5 in Tilpathri forest area.
One militant was killed in Dardpora area of Lolab on October 5.
