Union Health Minister Dr. Harshvardhan visited the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Patna on Saturday.
"I have come here in AIIMS Patna for a visit, and in the next two hours I am going to scrutinize the place and set parameters for development here," said Harshvardhan.
"I have had a meeting with the director of AIIMS Patna today, and I am going to direct them and tell them that it was Atal Vihari's dream to establish six AIIMs in the country, out of which Patna was one of them," he said.
"We had envisioned a lot more in this sector, although, it got delayed. I would just say that forget the past and think of the future. It is Narendra Modi's dream to free the country from malnourishment and poverty, and we will work hard towards fulfilling this dream," he added.
