'He-Man and the Masters of the Universe' has been named as the most popular classic kids' cartoon.
The show emerged as the clear winner in a poll conducted by the Sun, which asked the viewers about the series they want to see back on the screens.
After going through some of the most popular kids' shows of the 1970s, 80s and 90s, a shortlist of 18 animated favorites - including 'SuperTed', 'Danger Mouse', 'The Raccoons and Count Duckula' was prepared.
More than 14,000 people took part in the voting.
The blond superhero and his merry band of warriors won with a remarkable 2,308 votes, ahead of Hanna Barbera hit 'Wacky Races' that got 1,998 votes.
Fantasy adventure 'Dungeons and Dragons' came third with 1,582 and 'Danger mouse' got the fourth position with 1,174 votes.
