Helen Flanagan attacked on Twitter over nose job

Helen Flanagan, who had reportedly undergone a nose job in May, has been bombarded with fresh abuse on Twitter regarding the cosmetic surgery.

Friends of the former 'Corrie' star have claimed that she only went under the knife after school bullies taunted her relentlessly about her nose, the Daily Star reported.

Despite the claim, the 22-year-old actress, who has a turbulent relationship with footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair, was blatantly insulted on the social networking website on Sunday when reports emerged of the op.

A user of the site tweeted that Flanagan has got a nose job because a face transplant along with a new personality would have been more suitable.

Another user used the hashtag ugly and labelled her "a vacuous, talentless bimbo".

A friend of Flanagan said that she was bullied at school about the size of her nose and it really affected her.
