Vidya Balan has revealed that she feels the secret to her healthy marriage with UTV honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur is avoiding working with each other.
According to a leading webloid, the 38-year-old actress said, "Siddharth and I try to avoid work together. I think it's good for our marriage. Personally I don't prefer to work together. Siddharth and I don't want to mix our profession and personal life, because then there will be no difference in home and work."
"Maybe we will discuss and may be we have difference of opinion. I find it amazing when people say that they work together. We discuss a little bit, but as long as it's not involving the two of us it's safe. I think It's just healthier not to work together," she added.
On the work front, Vidya is currently busy promoting 'TE3N' and has just wrapped up with the sequel to her 2014- hit 'Kahaani.
