Hillary Clinton's role in politics has made her the center of attention for two TV channel's- NBC and CNN.
CNN has commissioned a documentary based on the US Secretary of State and it will be produced and directed by Charles Ferguson, who won a documentary Oscar in 2010 for 'Inside Job', the New York Daily News reported.
The doc will debut in theaters before airing on the cable channel.
Meanwhile, NBC's miniseries, titled 'Hillary, will star Oscar nominee Diane Lane as the former first lady and revolve around her journey through the Monica Lewinsky scandal to her time as Barack Obama's secretary of state.
TV Media Insights editor Marc Berman, explaining Clinton's appeal as the subject of dual television projects, said that Clinton is the ultimate survivor and an individual force in the political world.
Berman asserted that out of all the former First Ladies, Clinton has stood on her own the strongest and has had a tremendous impact.
He added that Clinton is the definition of standing by her man.
