Hotel building collapses in Secunderabad, six killed

At least six people were feared dead after a building that housed a hotel collapsed in Andhra Pradesh's Secunderabad city this morning.

The two-storey building of City Light hotel, situated on Rashtrapati Road, collapsed at around 6: 30 am.

Rescue workers have managed to evacuate several people from the rubble and shift them to a nearby hospital.

According to television reports, scores might still be trapped under the rubble.
