Hugh Jackman, who stars as the titular character in superhero film 'The Wolverine,' has confessed that the diet he sticks to when he gets in shape for the role worries him, as he knows that it is not good.

He told a UK website that he consumes 6,000 calories a day and has to eat a dozen eggs every day.

The 44-year-old actor asserted that the only way [varying the diet] works is when he eats chicken, Contactmusic reported.

The Hollywood heartthrob also said that there are vegan body builders but lots and lots of chicken is what works for him and he worries that he will have a heart attack because of that.
