Hyderabad: Man arrested for live-streaming physical relationship with wife
A man was arrested on Thursday for uploading live-streaming of his physical relationship with his wife.
According to the Cyber Crime Police, in November last year, they received a complaint from a woman stating that an unknown person has uploaded her and her husband's physical relationship on a website.
Based on the complaint the police officials registered a case under Section 66- E, 67-A and 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and started with the investigation.
On April 7, the complainant's husband was arrested, who was the accused person.
On further investigation, the man confessed that he had uploaded the video on live in a website.
The accused was remanded for judicial custody.
