Seven hardcore Maoists from various places of tribal Bastar division in the past 24 hours.
Three Maoists, carrying a reward of Rs 1 lakh each on their heads, were arrested from Dantewada district.
Two Maoists were arrested near Metapal village of Sukma district, while two others were arrested from Kanker and Narayanpur districts.
Police claimed that these Maoists were involved in major incidents of violence in Bastar region.
Meanwhile, one Maoist surrendered in Rajnandgaon district on Friday before the superintendent of police in district headquarter.
The Surrendered Maoist was carrying a reward of Rs. 2 lakh on his head.
