"Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla met Russian Federation Ambassador Nikolay Kudashev. Discussed important upcoming high-level engagements between India and Russia in pursuance of our Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership," MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said in a tweet.
