The Indian Army has planned yoga sessions on board warships and even at Siachen, the world's highest battlefield, to celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21.
According to sources, the Indian Army is planning events for Yoga Day from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Nearly 500 troops at the Siachen base camp, about 12,000 feet above the sea level, will carry out yoga as part of the celebrations.
India will lead 191 nations to mark the International Yoga Day.
The day will be highlighted by a mega event on Rajpath where armed forces, NCC cadets and government officials are scheduled to perform 'asanas'.
Around 35,000 people are expected to take part in the event.
The day will be observed in over 251 cities in 191 countries across the world.
