Infiltration bid foiled by BSF in J-K

The Border Security Force has foiled an infiltration bid along the International Border in the Samba region of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to reports, BSF troops observed militants attempting to penetrate the border on Thursday night and thwarted their attempt. The militants were seen feeling back into Pakistan.

This infiltration bid, the sixth this month, has come as security forces are on high alert ahead of Republic Day celebrations in the country.
