Jake Gyllenhaal is all set to join Ryan Reynolds in his upcoming flick 'Life.'
The 35-year-old actor has recently joined the cast of the science-fiction movie that narrates the story of the crew of the International Space Station that discovers a life form on Mars, reports News24.com.
Previously, it was reported that Reynolds gave up on the lead role in the flick and chose the supporting role instead due to scheduling clash with the action thriller 'Hitman's Bodyguard.'
Gyllenhaal has now been cast for the lead role of the flick.
The flick is being directed by Daniel Espinosa and is being produced by David Ellison and Dana Goldberg.
