The teaser of much-anticipated 'Genius' is here, and it has revealed an interesting fact - Jeetay, son of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in 2001 movie 'Gadar
Utkarsh Sharma, who played the character of Jeetay when he was a mere kid, won many hearts in 2001 with his acting prowess and dialogue delivery.
Now after 17 years, the actor will return as a full-fledged main lead of the film 'Genius'.
The teaser focuses on the contrast between Utkarsh's character in 'Genius' and Jeetay in 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha'. It then moves on to a breeze romance set against the background of a university.
The film also stars Ishita Chauhan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Ayesha Jhulka, and Mithun Chakraborty in pivotal roles.
Directed by noted director Anil Sharma, also Utkarsh's father, the film will have Himesh Reshammiya as the music composer.
'Genius' is slated to hit the theaters on August 24.
