After Charlie Sheen admitted to being HIV positive on 'The Today Show,' former 'Two and a Half Men' actress Jenny McCarthy has slammed the actor for keeping his illness a secret.
In an interview with a radio show, McCarthy, who played one of Charlie's girlfriends on the show, said that Sheen should have revealed his illness because he had physical contact with actresses on the set of 'Two and Half Men,' News.com.au reports.
The 41-year-old actress said that she was aware that HIV cannot be contracted through kissing, but that it was still a big deal.
She said "I have sympathy for him because he's sick and it's awful, but man he's going to have to take some major accountability with many people in his life."
However, Sheen's manager Mark Burg has clarified that the 50-year-old actor was not HIV positive when he was shooting for the hit sitcom.
