Jerry Seinfeld has said that he always knew that Seinfeld had an expiry date.

In the most recent episode of his web series 'Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,' he told comedian Louis CK that his show was about four singles living a certain type of lifestyle, News.com.au reported.

He said that they didn't want to do Kramer's 50th birthday party.

Louis CK, a TV and stand-up star in his own right, took Seinfeld out on his boat during the 20 minute episode which was filmed in New York.
