Singer John Mayer, who released his last studio album 'Paradise Valley' in 2013, has almost wrapped up his next album, which he hopes would be out next year.
Speaking to Andy Cohen on show 'Watch What Happens Live', Mayer said, "It will probably come out early next year. I'm almost done with it. I have to finish some vocals and then just mix it and it's ready to go," Channel.24 reports.
Talking about his love life, John hinted that he is ready for a new relationship, saying, "I'm ready to roll, I'm more mature than I've ever been.
"The stage is set but I'm excited for a meet cute at some point. I'm single and I'm excited about the future," he added.
The 'Gravity' hit-maker was spotted on the American talk show with 'Grateful Dead' singer/guitarist Weir and the pair performed the 1970 classic 'Friend of the Devil'.
