American TV actor John Stamos has been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in Santa Monica, California.
The Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed in their statement that they received numerous calls about a possible drunk driver in the area of Canon Drive and South Santa Monica Boulevard, E! Online has reported.
The 51-year-old 'Full House' star was then stopped by the police and transported to a hospital due to a possible medical condition, where it was determined that he had been driving under the influence of alcohol.
Stamos will appear at the LAX courthouse to answer to the charge on September 11.
