Kelly Rutherford, who temporarily won the custody of her kids last week, will now have to wait to bring them back home.
Recently, a family court judge Maren E. Nelson halted the orders, that gave the 46-year-old actress sole custody of her kids, and until the next decision is made, the kids will have to stay with their father, reported E! Online.
Moreover, the actress' former husband, Daniel Giersch has filed documents claiming that the 'Melrose Place' star has made fraudulent statements to obtain the favorable guardianship.
The 'Gossip Girl' star has also alleged that Giersch was keeping her from seeing the kids and that he had violated the terms of their 2013 shared custody agreement, which the 41-year-old businessman has denied.
