Justin Bieber's neighbour with whom he has been at war, called the police 3 times after the singer hosted a wild party at his house.

The 19-year-old singer's party had 100 people, and the noise was too much for some of the residents, so they called the cops at around 1 am.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies spoke to someone inside telling them to keep the noise down and left, TMZ.com reported.

However, the noise didn't stop and at around 3 am the 'Baby' hitmaker's neighbour called the cops again and according to the neighbour the cops told him that they smelt marijuana inside but left without arresting anyone.

At 5:30 am, the neighbour couldn't take it anymore and he called the deputies yet again, who came out a third time and filed a police report against Bieber for disturbing peace.
