Kanye West has confessed during Made in America festival that he confronted comedian Jay Pharoah after his spoof at the 2014 MTV VMAs.
Whilst referring to Pharoah and one of South Park's recent spoofs, the 'Stronger' hitmaker asserted that they wanted to make a joke out of how hard he worked, Us Magazine reported.
The 37-year-old rapper continued that it was fine and all funny and everything, but it did not distract them from their vision and it was not a joke what he did up here.
This music that we do is not a joke. What we do culturally is not a jokeest said that he called up Pharoah right after the MTV awards and told him that he appreciated his show, but Pharoah should know what West went through to get to that position.
Whilst talking about his marriage to Kim Kardashian, West told the festival audience that for him to be in a much publicized interracial relationship was not a joke.
