The Daytime Emmy Awards will be hosted by the comedienne Kathy Griffin at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on 22nd June.
Griffin has revealed that she is thrilled to be the host of the event, which is considered to be one of the most important television events of the year, and asserted that she will make sure to make it a humorous and fun-filled night.
Although, she will be under a lot of pressure due to this but, she is trying to be at her best for this big event and hopes that this event forms the same impression on her critics and fans as it had when Neil Armstrong took man's first step on the moon.
Griffin also apologized to her viewers for diverting their attention away from the World cup as this event ceremony is during these days.
This would be the first time that this ceremony will be available online for the viewers.
